Is the bra fitting service really complimentary?
Yes! When you're genuinely looking to purchase a bra from our range, the fitting service is complimentary. We're here to help you find the perfect fit. If you're not looking to purchase and simply want a fitting service only, we charge a $30 consultation fee.
Do I need to book an appointment?
You're welcome to walk in anytime during our trading hours, or you can book ahead to ensure availability. We recommend booking if you'd like a specific fitting technician or prefer a guaranteed time slot.
How long does a bra fitting take?
Most fittings take 15-20 minutes, though we're happy to spend as long as needed to ensure you find the perfect fit.
What sizes do you cater to?
We stock an extensive range of sizes to fit all body types, including larger cup sizes, plus sizes, and specialty sizing for maternity and post-mastectomy needs.
I've never had a professional bra fitting before. Will I feel comfortable?
Absolutely. Our fitting technicians are trained to make every customer feel comfortable and at ease. Many of our customers tell us how surprised they were by how comfortable and pressure-free the experience was.
Can you help with specialty fittings?

While we can't provide in-person fittings outside our locations, we're happy to offer advice and guidance over the phone. Call either of our stores and our team will do their best to help you.
