Our tape is super strong, so if you are pregnant, breast feeding or diabetic hold of using this tape for now.

Be mindful if you have delicate, thin or easily irritated skin skip it all together.

Only use for max of 8 hours at a time. Don't bake in the sun, as you could get burnt.

How does it work

Our range of boob tape is crafted from a high-quality blend of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, and is equipped with a medical-grade acrylic adhesive for maximum support. Its stretchy and adhesive nature allows for easy and secure positioning of the breasts, providing comfort and confidence throughout the day

While our products are medical-grade, we highly recommend conducting a skin patch test at least 24 hours before intended use. This precautionary measure ensures maximum safety and helps avoid any potential skin irritation.

You can do this by cutting a small patch square of tape and sticking it to your boob/chest and leaving it on for 8 hours (remember chest skin is different from the rest of your body!).

If redness occurs: If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin or open cuts.

Is it hard to do?

No! Like most skills it takes time to get really good at taping up boobs. But it's not hard to learn!

What do i need to do before using uplift boob tape?

Listen up, beauties! This is a crucial step to ensure your boob tape stays put - we need clean and dry skin to make that sticky adhesive work its magic. Avoid lotions, oils, and even moisturising soaps and body washes that leave residue on your skin.

Say goodbye to powders, concealers, and any makeup products that may block the adhesive's powers. Sweat and sunblock can also prevent the tape from sticking, so make sure to steer clear of them. Oh, and that fresh spray tan? Better wait 24 hours before applying our tape. Get ready to rock that dress with confidence, ladies!

Are nipple covers a must?

We recommend you use Uplift Skin Nipple covers before you start taping as an extra precaution for sensitive nipples.

How long will a roll last?

The wide Uplift Skin Boob tape roll is 3 inches wide (7.5cm) and comes in a 16.5 ft roll (5 meters).  

On average our customers use one box per month. However it is all dependent on your bust size and how frequently you use the tape.

Bigger busts will get about 5 uses

Smaller busts can get up to 15 uses
