RETURNS

1. Due to health reasons – we don’t refund briefs & swimwear
2. All returns are to be notified within 14 business days of purchase, either by email or phone prior to returning.
3. All returns must be unworn and in the original conditions.
4. All returns are to be authorized by Casa Mia Lingerie staff
5. Freight/postage costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. There is no re-stocking fee for exchanges. If your order is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours, if not please allow up to 28 days. If a garment/product is placed on back order you may be notified in writing.
6. We will refund full amount less postage & handling cost which is $15. For example, if the transaction is $90 – we will refund you $75. If the transaction is $160, we refund you $145.00

DELIVERY FEE:

AUSTRALIA:

1. All orders above $100 will receive FREE delivery AUSTRALIA wide.
2. Orders under $100 will incur $15 handling and delivery fee AUSTRALIA Wide.
3. We use Australia Post and delivery Orders will be sent via Australia Express Post overnight delivery. If you live outside capital cities may take 2-3 days for delivery.

Payment policy:

All payments are to be made in full before Casa Mia Lingerie can dispatch the products. We are happy to accept the following forms of payment:
